Pricing questions
›Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free covers 1 user, 10 assets and 1 site with no time limit and no card. It's enough to label a small kit list and see if AssetMantis suits you.
›What does early access mean?
We're onboarding our first customers personally. While in early access, paid-plan features are available without a card. When billing switches on, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand, and founding customers keep 30% off for life. Nothing is charged automatically.
›Are prices per user?
No. Prices are per organisation, with user and asset allowances per plan. Add-ons are available if you need a few more of either.
›Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. If VAT applies, it will be shown clearly on your invoice.
›Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans save about 20%.
›What happens to my data if I leave?
We'll provide an export of your asset records on request, and delete your organisation's data once your account is closed, as set out in our privacy policy.
