Create up to 1,000 labels at a time. Each code is unique to your organisation and can be claimed once.

Download an A4 sheet laid out for Avery 25mm square labels, 70 per sheet. Print on any office printer.
Label printer CSV
Export codes in a CSV that label-printer apps such as Handy Labels can import directly.
Scan with any phone
Use the in-app scanner or the phone's own camera. No app to install. Type the code by hand if a label is damaged.
Claim on first scan
Scanning an unused label lets you create the asset right there: name, site and category, then it's linked.
Safe if lost
A label only reveals its asset to signed-in members of your organisation. Anyone else learns nothing.

Name, site, category, internal tag, serial number, manufacturer and notes.
Status tracking
Active, under repair, out of service, loaned offsite, lost, stolen, sold, decommissioned or disposed.

Two scheduling modes

Build a template once, such as an annual extinguisher inspection with pass/fail checks, and apply it to any asset.
Maintenance calendar
See everything overdue, due in the next 7 days and upcoming as a list, or switch to a month calendar grid with future repeats shown.
Completion records
